What You Need
450 Gms Tanmiah Chicken Whole Legs
½ Tsp Black Pepper
½ Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Onion
3 Garlic Cloves
2 Tbsp Tomato Purée
5 Thyme Sprigs
2 Bay Leaves
2 Tbsp Plain Flour
175 Ml Red Vinegar
750 Ml Chicken Stock
250 Gms Button Mushrooms

Method:
Season the Tanmiah Chicken legs with salt & pepper.
Heat the oil and cook the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove & set aside.
To the same pan add garlic & onions & cook lightly.
Then add the tomato puree, bay leaves and thyme.
Add the plain flour and cook for a minute.
Pour in the red wine vinegar, chicken stock, and add the mushrooms, then stir.
Place the chicken back in the pan & simmer for 1 hour until the chicken is tender
Serve hot
