Chicken Thighs In Parmesan Sauce

Method:
- Season the Tanmiah chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat oil in a pan & cook the chicken thighs skin side down.
- Cook both sides on medium heat until golden & cooked through.
- Remove the thighs & set aside.
- Add butter to the same pan & once melted add the garlic & thyme & cook lightly
- Pour in the chicken stock ,cream and lemon juice.
- Allow the sauce to simmer for 5 mins and add the Parmesan cheese and stir.
- Add the chicken thighs back to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes, then sprinkle parsley and serve.
