Method:
- Mix together all the ingredients under honey balsamic chicken to prepare the marinade.
- Place the Tanmiah Chicken Thighs in the marinate & set aside.
- Add garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper to all the cut veggies & mix well.
- Spread the veggies out on the pan and place the chicken thighs on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 200°C.
- Remove the veggies and continue to cook the chicken if necessary.
