Method:
- Clean chicken wings, cut away small sides.
- Cut apart two sides of the bone using a sharp knife (remove the small bones from one side, then pull the meat with the skin).
- Squeeze the meat downwards upside down (Skin inside, meat outside) for each part.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat oil to 170 degree Celsius in a frying pan.
- Coat the wings with flour until fully covered, then dip them into the eggs and finally into the bread crumbs.
- Repeat the previous steps until you finish the whole quantity.
- Fry in hot oil from all sides until golden.
- Remove and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- Serve with celery, carrots, cucumber sticks and various types of sauces like Mustard, Mayo, ketchup or
BBQ.
