To prepare  chicken lollipop

Cut the wings at the joint into 2 parts.

Cut & discard the tip of the wing.

Using a sharp knife, separate a portion of the meat from the bone starting along the thin side of the wing,

Discard the small bone from the wing.

Then fold over the separated meat along with the skin to double the meat to one end, leaving a bare bone on the other side making a drumstick  from a wing.
