Method:
For The Chicken:
- Prepare the seasoning by mixing together all the spices.
- Apply the seasoning on both sides of the Tanmiah Chicken Breasts.
- To grill the chicken, heat some oil & cook well on both sides
For the Cheese Sauce
- Melt butter on low-medium heat.
- Add the flour & cook while whisking continuously.
- Gradually add in the milk while whisking until well combined.
- Once the sauce is hot, add the cheese & mix well until melted.
- For flavor, add paprika, cayenne pepper, & salt, & mix until combined.
- Top the chicken with cheese sauce as required & serve
