Method:
- In a pan heat the oil and lightly cook the chicken wings on both sides.
- Then add the garlic, salt, pepper, smoked paprika & chili flakes.
- Mix it so the spices cover all parts of the wings
- Add the Parmesan cheese and toss it.
- Place on a baking tray and bake the wings at 220 °C for 5 mins.
- Serve with Ranch dressing.
