What You Need
1000 Gms Tanmiah Whole Chicken
100 Ml Natural Yogurt
3 Tbsp Curry Paste
1 Lemon Juice
1 Red Pepper
Fresh Coriander
200 ML Water
To Serve: Basmati Rice, Mango Chutney

Method:
To prepare the marinade, add yogurt, curry paste, lemon juice, and salt to a bowl & mix well.
Place the Tanmiah Whole Chicken in the baking dish & apply the marinade all over.
Let it marinate for 30 mins at room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Pour 200 ml of water into the baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
Baste the chicken with olive oil & add the chopped red peppers around.
Bake for an additional 30 minutes.
Rest for a couple of mins before serving with rice & mango chutney.
